Royal Residency Hotel - Kochi

We had a wonderful stay here! This place is located on a downhill slope from the main road, making it convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions, such as the Wonderla amusement park down the hill. The service was prompt and efficient, from the room service to the car hire. The housekeeping staff kept our rooms neat and clean, and the laundry service was convenient. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, added to our comfort. The sitting area was cozy, and the towels and free toiletries were of good quality. The flat-screen TV and am/fm alarm clock were great for entertainment and staying on schedule. the staff here was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

If you're considering a family vacation, we highly recommend this hotel.

My xmas stay at a budget hotel in Kochi was an incredible experience. The hotel's location was spot on, easily accessible to public transport and auto stand. The tidy and well-equipped rooms just added to the overall experience. The hotel staff was friendly and provided good service. But what I loved the most was the view of the lush green surroundings from my window.

I was not happy with the quality of the food at the hotel. The breakfast was not always available on time and the food could have been better.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. We also enjoyed the delicious food served in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel was lacking in some aspects. the room decor was outdated, and there was a lack of amenities provided.
